• Private Room at Casa Linda
  Share my family home with Ras and I. We have two rooms available in Casa Linda and invite you to come stay with us. Located a quick 5 minute drive from Rancho Santana, you'll have the best of both worlds – convenient access to all the area's attractions and yet complete privacy up in the mountains. Enjoy a queen sized bed, private infinity pool, and great views.

  Total retreat price for double occupancy: $5,100(per person)

A $500 deposit (per person) is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable.

In the unfortunate event that you are restricted from attending due to a pandemic, sickness, etc. (and able to show proof thereof), your deposit can be used for a future retreat instead. Remaining balance follow our Cancellation Policy.

Note that entry rejection due to an invalid COVID passport/test does NOT qualify as a valid reason.

You have the flexibility to pay the remaining balance in one lump sum or divide it into four convenient, interest-free payments.

Installment:
If you choose to pay in installments, the due dates are as follow:

• July 5th.
• August 5th.
• September 5th.
• October 5th.

Or Payment At Once:
Alternatively, you can pay the balance in full by the September 5th due date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Should you choose to cancel prior to July 5th, 2023 you'll be eligible for a full refund minus deposit ($500 per person).
• If you cancel prior to September 19th, 2023 you'll be eligible for a half refund of total retreat payment minus deposit.
• Any cancellation, for any and all reasons, on or after September 19th, 2023 will NOT be eligible for any refund.

If a pandemic legally prevents you from attending or if sudden severe medical reasons does not allow you to travel, with proof thereof, your payment can be applied towards any future retreat.

In the unfortunate event that a negative COVID test is required to enter Nicaragua during our retreat and you test positive, NO refund will be issued, however, half of your overall retreat payment can be applied towards any future retreat.

If you are legally allowed to enter Nicaragua during the retreat dates but choose not to, this will NOT qualify you for a refund.

It is your full responsibility to check COVID and other guidelines prior to booking. If you are denied entry due to invalid or missing COVID passport you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

In the unlike event that we have to postpone the retreat due to COVID (or another pandemic) your payment will be applied towards the new dates. In case of a price increase, you will be locked in to the original price.

NO issues will be provided.

If you decide not to attend the retreat due to COVID or another pandemic, but not legally restricted to travel a refund will NOT be issued.

YES, of course you can! We always have a mix of couples and individuals so you'll fit right in.

No. As we have guests from all over the world, you are in charge of arranging your own flights. Once you arrive we take care of everything else, including airport to hotel transfer.

No! We will pick you up and drop you off. Ahead of your travel we will reach out to gather your flight information so we can greet you when you arrive.

Managua (MIR) or Liberia (LIR) which is located in Costa Rica. We will be able to arrange pick up from either locations.

You are definitely allowed to do your own thing! We understand that you may not want to be around everyone 24/7 so if you find yourself needing a break, not wanting to workout or join us on an experience, just let us know. We will always give you options to follow our plan or just do your own thing, it's completely up to you. If you decide to venture out on your own you'll be in charge of your own food/drinks/purchases.

We will use the gym that's connected to Rancho Santana. We have booked private times so we will have amble of space to workout.

We typically do a mix of HIIT workouts and strength training.

YES! There will be modifications for all levels of fitness and if you cannot/don't want to participate in something, you don't have to!

Not at all! This retreat is for all levels, ages and genders. NO prior experience is necessary! The main goal is for you to HAVE FUN! We will cater to everyone who participate, we will scale each workout to your ability and everyone can join. We will have plenty of staff to accommodate exactly what you need.

Additionally if you have food restrictions we will make sure we accommodate this as well. Whether you are vegan, gluten free, vegetarian or anything in between!

Once you have purchased your slot we will provide you with a questionnaire where you can let us know your food preferences and any allergies you may have.

Of course! If you want to enjoy some drinks at the hotel or go out during the evening feel free to do so! We will help you find some suggestions and set you on your way. However, alcohol is not included in the trip.

We ALWAYS make sure to include a celebration/party evening towards the end of the trip so all of us can go out together as well.

The typical age range of our participants are 20-45 years old, but everyone is welcome!

No, we don't provide travel insurance. We suggest you make sure you are either covered by your current insurance or get a specific travel insurance.
