GS20 combines bodyweight exercises and dumbbells with high-energy conditioning training.

Workouts typically take just 20 minutes to complete and feature simple yet powerful movements, such as bodyweight exercises, running, jumping, lunging, and more.

These workouts will enhance your conditioning, regardless of skill level, and can be performed nearly anywhere with little to no equipment.

GS20 is perfect for those focusing on conditioning, needing a quick workout, just getting started, or on the go. No matter your level, you'll find it simple and effective.

GS40 workouts typically last 40 minutes and are designed for limited equipment and space.

These sessions blend full-body, push-pull, and sprint-sweat formats to deliver the perfect burn.

Workouts challenge you to push yourself further and include basic equipment, making them suitable for most locations. Ideal for your garage gym setup or on the road!

GS60 offers an incredibly diverse program that prepares you for anything.

Designed for a 60-minute timeline, GS60 workouts require access to a functional fitness gym or a well-equipped garage gym.

Movements include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. This is functional training at its finest.

GS80 helps you become faster, stronger, better conditioned, more skilled, and better prepared.

Designed for an 80-minute window, GS80 workouts require access to a fully functional fitness gym.

This program provides a carefully balanced combination of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for experienced individuals.

Most movements are more advanced but can be scaled for most levels. GS80 produces a well-rounded and prepared individual, ready to tackle an advanced lifestyle at any time.

Push your fitness to the absolute limit with GSELITE. We've developed an advanced training program tailored for experienced, modern-day women athletes.

This program follows my daily program and you can expect to be tested in all areas of fitness, just like elite athletes. Experience what it's like to train and compete at the highest level.

GSElite is designed for well-trained athletes with multiple years of fitness experience. You'll receive 5 full sessions per week, each approximately 2 hours in length, plus 1 additional active recovery workout.

If you're seeking strength training, specifically through Olympic Weightlifting, GSOLY is the perfect fit for you.

Focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, GSOLY supplements your training with excellent accessory work to help you become stronger and more explosive.

The program takes about an hour to complete and requires access to a barbell.

You'll find some cardio here, but the majority of the program is lifting-based.

We use functional weight training combined with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Additionally, we offer 10+ specialty programs that specialize in different areas of fitness, ranging from running and Olympic weightlifting to yoga and more. In other words, we've designed the ultimate fitness program to build muscle, burn fat, and achieve overall better health.

Absolutely! We've designed our programs so you can easily switch between them based on your schedule. In fact, we encourage you to do so. Fitness should complement your daily life, not hinder it. Our programs are flexible, allowing you to make adjustments as needed.

We offer programs ranging from 20 to 120 minutes per session. You'll have access to all of our programs and can easily choose the one that best fits your schedule.

GSElite is designed for:

• Women who want to achieve peak performance in their fitness training.

• Women who want to compete in local competitions.

• Women who want to intensify their training without sacrificing their entire day.

• Women who have experience with Olympic lifting and CrossFit-style workouts.

• Women who have access to a fully functional gym.

• Women who can dedicate 2 hours to train.

• Women who can perform most standard "RX" movements (Kipping pull-ups, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, HSPU, and rope climbs).

You'll receive one 1.5-2 hour session daily, 5 days a week, plus an active recovery session.

Each session will include a relatively high amount of skills and you can expect the use of various equipment.

No. I train for 5+ hours a day. This program is built from my main session of the day.

Our workouts are programmed by me and our in-house expert coaches.

Most of our programs follow a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off schedule, for a total of 5 training days per week. However, it's important to understand that you do NOT have to train 5 times per week to see results! Aim for 3 sessions per week, and anything above that is a bonus.

A Grown Strong program will automatically renew and charge for another billing cycle. You will NOT need to purchase another membership.
