Access To All Programs, One Price

A mix of bodyweight and dumbbells combined with high-energy conditioning training. GS20 workouts typically only takes 20 minutes to complete and always incorporate simple yet potent movements.

You'll find bodyweight, running, jumping, lunging and much more. These workouts will improve athlete’s conditioning regardless of skill level and can be performed nearly anywhere with little to no equipment.

GS20 is the perfect option if you are focusing on your conditioning, need a quick workout, just getting started, or on the road. No matter your level you'll find this simple and effective.

Our GS40 Workouts typically last 40 minutes and are specifically designed to be performed with limited equipment in limited spaces.

Mixes full-body, push x pull, and sprint x sweat formats to deliver the perfect burn. These workouts will always challenge you to push yourself a bit further.

Workouts for GS40 involve basic equipment and can be performed in most places. Perfect for your garage gym setup or on the road!

An incredibly diverse program, you will literally train everything to be prepared for anything. GS60 Workouts are designed on a 60 minute timeline and requires access to a functional fitness gym or a good garage gym setup.

Movements will include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. This is functional training at its best. The absolute best and most practical workout out there!

GS60 is all about being well-rounded and preparing for whatever life throws your way.

Become faster, stronger, better conditioned, better skilled, and better prepared. GS80 workouts are designed to be completed in a 80 minute window and requires access to a fully functional fitness gym.

A carefully balanced combination of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the experienced person. Most of the movements are more advanced, however, scalable for most levels.

GS80 produces a well-rounded and well-prepared individual, ready to tackle an advanced lifestyle at any time. A good challenge is guaranteed.

Push your fitness to the absolute limit with GSELITE. In collaboration with The Training Plan, we’ve put together an advanced type of training program designed for the experienced modern day woman.

This program is following our founder Lauren Fisher as she's training to compete at the highest level in the sport of CrossFit. You'll be tested in all areas of fitness, just like the elite. Get a taste of what it feels like to train and compete at the highest level.

GSElite is only for the well trained athlete with multiple years of fitness experience. You'll be receiving 5 full sessions a week at roughly 2 hours in length plus 1 additional active recovery workout.

This is the rigth fit for you if you're looking for more strength training, specifically via Olympic Weightlifting.

GSOLY focuses on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk while supllementing with fantastic accessory work that will make you stronger and more explosive. The program takes about an hour to complete and requires access to a barbell.

You'll find a little bit of cardio in here, but the vast majority is lifting based!

We understand that we're all different with various goals.

That's why we've added an additional 10+ programs, and still counting, that focuses on specific areas of fitness. Whether you're looking to increase your Snatch, become a better runner, improve your gymnastics or whatever it may be we got your covered!


All of our programs are using high intensity and functional weight training to boost performance. Proven to be an efficient way to increase fitness we've adopted this method and seeing amazing results with our members.

We use functional weight training mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Additionally we have 15+ specialty programs that specializes in different areas of fitness. It ranges from running, to olympic weightlifting, to yoga, to many more.

In other words, the ultimate fitness program designed to build muscle and burn fat while achieving overall better health.

YES!We create our programs so you can easily jump between programs depending on your schedule. In fact we encourage you to do so. Fitness is not supposed to get in the way of your daily life, instead it's a part of it. Our programs are flexible so you can easily switch when needed.

We offer programs ranging from 20-120 minutes per session. You'll have access to all of our programs and can easily choose what fits your schedule best.

Who GSELITEis built for?

• Women who want to achieve peak performance in their fitness training.

• Women who want to compete in a local competition.

• Women who want to turn up the intensity in their training without sacrificing their entire day. 

• Women who have experience with Olympic lifting and CrossFit style workouts. 

• Women who have access to a fully functional gym. 

• Women who have 2 hours worth of time to train. 

• Women who can perform most standard "RX" movements. (Kipping pull-up, chest to bar, muscle ups, toes to bar, HSPU and Rope Climbs)

The Training Plan has a strong record of producing some of the best athletes in the sport of CrossFit. By combining their incredible competitive training program with our incredible community of strong women, we think this is a perfect match! 

You’ll receive one 1.5-2 hour session daily, 5 days a week + an active recovery session.

No. I train for 5+ hours a day. This is a program built from my main session of the day.

Most of Grown Strong's workouts are programmed betwen me and our in-house expert coaches.

Some programs are delegated to experts outside Grown Strong such as our new GSElite program. The Training Plan writes all the workouts for this new program. They deliver this to all their elite athletes, and the Grown Strong team tailors it to suit the women in our community.

Most of our programs follow a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off for a total of 5 training days per week.

However, it's important to understand that you do NOT have to train 5 times per week to see results! Aim for 3 sessions per week and anything above that is bonus.

A Grown Strong programs will be renewed and charged for another billing cycle automatically. You will NOT need to purchase another membership.
