Yes... We take care of everything from the moment you arrive and until your departure. Rest assured that every detail has been taken care of, leaving you with nothing to worry about.
You can bring some cash (or card) for personal expenses such as souvenirs or other additional items.
Fitness Situation
We have to make sure we "earn" our food. Just kidding, but, we do have four optional gym sessions you can join. Mostly CrossFit gyms where we'll work on both technique, strength, and conditioning, all while having fun! But we'll also mix things up with an odd object beach workout and, of course, fitnessing through various activities throughout.
Are you fit enough to join? YES! Whether you're a fitness junkie or just looking for a good time, we guarantee you'll have a blast as we ensure that everyone can participate to the fullest in both the gym sessions and activities. And you can, of course, always sit something out if you don't want to participate.

In the unfortunate event that you are restricted from attending due to a pandemic, sickness, etc. (and able to show proof thereof), your deposit can be used for a future retreat instead. Remaining balance follow our Cancellation Policy.
Note that entry rejection due to an invalid COVID passport/test does NOT qualify as a valid reason.

If a pandemic is legally preventing you from attending or if sudden severe medical reasons does not allow you to travel, with proof thereof, your payment can be applied towards any future retreat.
In the unfortunate event that a negative COVID test is required to enter Indonesia (Bali) during our retreat and you test positive, NO refund will be issued, however, half of your overall retreat payment can be applied towards any future retreat.
If you are legally allowed to enter Indonesia (Bali) during the retreat dates but choose not to, this will NOT qualify you for a refund.
It is your full responsibility to check COVID and other guidelines prior to booking. If you are denied entry due to invalid or missing COVID passport you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
COVID-19
In the unlikely event that we have to postpone the retreat due to COVID (or another pandemic) your payment will be applied towards the new dates. In case of a price increase, you will be locked in to the original price.
NO refunds will be provided.
If you decide not to attend the retreat due to COVID or another pandemic, but not legally restricted to travel a refund will NOT be issued.
ACCOMODATION QUESTIONS
If you would like to pay the discounted double occupancy rate and be paired up with a fellow retreat attendee of same gender, please sign up using "Shared Double Occupancy" and we will take care of finding a good fit for you.
YES, absolutely! Make sure to sign up as a private room double occupancy.
YES, of course you can! We always have a mix of couples and individuals so you'll fit right in.
TRAVEL
No. As we have guests from all over the world, you are in charge of arranging your own flights. Once you arrive we take care of everything else, including airport to hotel transfer.
No! We will pick you up and drop you off. Ahead of your travel we will reach out to gather your flight information so we can greet you when you arrive.
You should plan to fly into Denpasar (DPS), also known as Ngurah Rai International Airport. This is the largest airport in Bali and is situated approximately 30 minutes away from our accommodations.
ITINERARY
You can view an outline for what you can expect further up on this page. As we get closer we will share more details with exact timing and other information necessary. We promise you won't be disappointed!
You are definitely allowed to do your own thing! We understand that you may not want to be around everyone 24/7 so if you find yourself needing a break, not wanting to workout or join us on an experience, just let us know. We will always give you options to follow our plan or just do your own thing, it's completely up to you. If you decide to venture out on your own you'll be in charge of your own food/drinks/purchases.
WORKOUTS
We typically do a mix of HIIT workouts and strength training, often using the CrossFit methodology.
YES! There will be modifications for all levels of fitness and if you cannot/don't want to participate in something, you don't have to!
Not at all! This retreat is for all levels, ages and genders. NO prior experience is necessary! The main goal is for you to HAVE FUN! We will cater to everyone who participate, we will scale each workout to your ability and everyone can join. We will have plenty of staff to accommodate exactly what you need.
FOOD & DRINKS
INCREDIBLE!
Additionally if you have food restrictions we will make sure we accommodate this as well. Whether you are vegan, gluten free, vegetarian or anything in between!
Once you have purchased your slot we will provide you with a questionnaire where you can let us know your food preferences and any allergies you may have.
Of course! If you want to enjoy some drinks at the hotel or go out during the evening feel free to do so! We will help you find some suggestions and set you on your way. However, alcohol is not included in the trip.
We ALWAYS make sure to include a celebration/party evening towards the end of the trip so all of us can go out together as well.

No, we don't provide travel insurance. We suggest you make sure you are either covered by your current insurance or get a specific travel insurance.
